Trainee – Accounts & Billing

Job Summary:

Kendroo Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Traniee to support daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, payment collection, expense management, documentation, and administrative activities. The intern will gain practical experience in accounting processes, financial documentation, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:


Accounting & Bookkeeping:

· Maintain daily bookkeeping records and update accounting transactions.

· Record sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and expenses accurately.

· Assist in preparing and maintaining financial documents.

· Support accounts reconciliation and transaction verification.

· Maintain proper records of invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.

Payment Collection & Receivable Management:

· Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.

· Maintain payment collection records.

· Prepare payment status reports and update collection tracking.

· Coordinate with relevant departments for payment-related information.

Expense Management:

· Record daily operational expenses.

· Verify expense bills, invoices, and supporting documents.

· Maintain expense files and documentation.

· Assist in preparing expense reports.

· Support management in tracking administrative expenses.

Documentation & Filing:

· Organize and maintain financial and administrative files.

· Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

· Maintain digital and physical document archives.

· Assist in preparing reports and internal documents.

Administrative Support:

· Support daily office administration activities.

· Assist HR and management with basic administrative tasks.

· Maintain office-related records and documents.

· Coordinate with different departments when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Currently studying Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

· Good attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

· Good communication and organizational skills.

· Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

· Basic knowledge of accounting software (Odoo/ERP experience will be an advantage).

· Understanding of invoice, payment, and expense management processes.

· Basic knowledge of financial documentation.
