Job Title: Odoo Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are actively seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Odoo Functional Consultant to enhance our ERP implementation team. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive understanding of business processes and demonstrate the ability to effectively translate client requirements into tailored Odoo configurations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to thoroughly analyze their needs, customize Odoo modules accordingly, and deliver ongoing functional support to ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements and business processes to provide optimal Odoo solutions.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing.
• Participate in ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live support.
• Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Coordinate with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Stay up-to-date with new Odoo releases and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Odoo ERP.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and configuration.
• Understanding of accounting, supply chain, sales, or HR business processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in pre-sales or ERP demonstration is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo certification(17 or 18).
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Basic understanding of Odoo’s technical architecture and Python.
